Joseph England of Marshfield

This will was written on 31 Jan 1711 and executed 19 April 1711:

In the name of God Amen.  I Joseph England of Marshfield in the County of Glocester (?) being sick and weak of Body but Sound + perfect mind + memory praised be (?) (?) given to Almighty God: doo make and ordaine that my present last will + testament in manner and forme following (that is to say). First + principally I remand my soul unto the hands of Almighty God hoping through the (?) death and passion of my Savious Jesus Christ to have full + free pardon + forgiveness of all my Sins + to Inheritt everlasting life and my body I comend to the earth to be decently buried  at the desision of my executor hereafter named.  And is touching the desision of all such temporal estate and hath pleased God to be (?) on me. I give + dispose of all followeth: first I will that all my debts + funeral charges shall be paid + discharged.

Item I give unto my brother Samuel England the sum of one shilling to be paid by my executor at the end of one month after my decease if demanded.

Itt I give unto my Kingsman Joseph Wilton the sum of two pounds to be paid by my executor.

Itt I give unto my Kingsman Thomas Wilton the sum of two pounds to be paid by my executor.

Itt I give all that part of household goods + Beds (?)  and all things thereunto belonging (as is in my house + belongeth to me) unto my abovesaid Kingsmen Joseph + Thomas Wilton to be equally divided between them.

And all the Rest + residue of my personall Estate Goods and Chattles whatsoever + wheresoever I doo give + bequeath unto my loving Sister Anne Wilton whom I doo make my full and sole executor of this my last will + testament in witness whereof I the said Joseph England to this my last will and testament have (?) my hand + soule this thirty first day of January in the ninth yeare of the Reign of our Sovrayne Lady Ann by the grace of God of Great Brittan, France + Ireland Queen defender of the faith.  Anno dom 171011
