Isabell Wyneard of Marshfield

This will was written on 1 April 1597

In the name of god. Amen the first day of April in the year of our Lorde god 1597 and in the xxxix th yeare of the reign of our sovreigne ladye Elizabeth by the grace of god of England, France and Irelande and the defender of the faith. I Isabell Wyneard als England of orceford (?) the parish of marshfield in the diocese of Glouc(ester). Widowe sicke of bodie but yet of good and perfect memorye (praiseing god therefore) dot(h) make this my last will and testament in manner and forme followinge. First and principallie I give and bequeth my soule to almightie god my maker and redeemer and my bodye to be buried in Christian burial. Item I give & bequethe to the poore people of Marshfield aforesaid a 30s.4d. Item I give and bequeth to Johanna my daughter two1 of the best kynd1, twentye (?) (?) that her father gave her (?) (?) (?) out at the church, my best panne, + my best (?) panne, the greatest (?), a father bedde with all that belongeth to him.
